Together with our clients, we develop and test tailor-cut cleaning processes in our modern application laboratory. Tailor-cut cleaning chemicals for industry and craft are developed and tested at the Elma laboratory and produced in an own factory. Thus our cleaning agents are able to solve even highly complicate cleaning tasks for different applications.

Elmasteam 8 basic
Elmasteam 8 basic is the steam cleaning unit for watch and jewellery making workshops for gently cleaning of worn and mounted jewellery as well as for watch straps, chains and rings with set stones. Selectable
pressure modes soft und strong, individual regulation of wet or dry steam and strong heating power make the Elmasteam 8 basic ready for all cleaning tasks. The integrated Eco-mode ensures that the unit closes
automatically down to 3 bar operating pressure in order to save energy and cost.
Elmasonic xtra TT
With their ultrasonic performance of 35 kHz, Elmasonic xtra TT devices are rated for continuous heavy-duty operation. Permanently integrated Sweep-function and the switchable Dynamic-function increase the ultrasonic performance. Individually settable limit temperature with LED-warning when the set temperature is reached, protects sentitive parts from damage. Furthermore the integrated safety shutdown ensures a reliable user safety.
Elmadry TD
Elmadry TD drying units are available in 3 sizes (30, 120 and 300) and designed for use in production, workshop and service. Fitted with cold and hot air blower (70 °C), sensitive parts can also be dried gently. The hot air function is activated while the cover is on. The cover has ventilation slots, ensuring that maximum air turbulence is produced and the moist air is conducted to the outside. At the same time, the cover reduces energy consumption.
Elmasonic xtra ST floor-mounted ultrasonic devices are designed for use in a production environment, workshops and servicing. The wide range of features makes it easy and effective to work with these devices.
The Dynamic-function is new! Sweep- and Pulse-functions run here alternately on an automatic basis. The ultrasonic performance is temporarily increased by up to 20%. At the same time, the even ultrasonic sound field distribution in the ultrasonic bath enhances the cleaning effect.
